  13. ^1 This  program  will  make those people who have been saying "You can
  14. ^1always  tell when a program has been written with AMOS," sit back and
  15. ^1think again.

  17. ^2 The  whole  thing  would  not look amiss in a pretty box with a well
  18. ^2known commercial label on the disk.

  20. ^4 The opening sequence does tell everyone that AMOS was used to create
  21. ^4this  game,  so  there  was  no  intention  of  hiding  the fact from
  22. ^4non-believers.

  24. ^6 If  you  are  a  fruit machine freak, then get this disk, it's a lot
  25. ^6cheaper than the real thing, but lacks none of the addictive features
  26. ^6that  keep  you  pumping in the pound coins in the arcades, if you're
  27. ^6under  the  legal  age  to use the real thing, then this will satisfy
  28. ^6your cravings - legally!

  30. ^1 The   fruit  machine  is  displayed  over  2  screens  which  scroll
  31. ^1vertically  so  that  you can see all the features.  The graphics are
  32. ^1superb,  no detail has been spared, the only fault I can find is that
  33. ^1the  numbers in the `LED' display that tell you how much cash is left
  34. ^1are a touch difficult to read.

  36. ^2 The  sound  effects are the same as you'd find on a pub machine, all
  37. ^2the whistles and bells are there!

  39. ^4 You choose the ammount that you want to spend, up to a total of £10,
  40. ^4each  go costs 20p, but if you are lucky, your stake will last a fair
  41. ^4length of time.

  43. ^6 There  are  many features built into this marvellous program, all of
  44. ^6which  add authenticity to the game.  You have the option of gambling
  45. ^6or  collecting  your  winnings, on some of the bonus features you can
  46. ^6win free repeat runs, so your winnings could mount up quite quickly.

  48. ^1 If  you  lose, at least it didn't cost you hard cash, apart from the
  49. ^1£3.50p  you pay to get the game in the first place.  It will be money
  50. ^1well  spent,  and  really shows what can be done with AMOS if you are
  51. ^1willing to take the time to pay attention to detail when programming.
